    November inventory levels have picked up since last month, with inventory levels hovering at the two month mark. Although active listings are down significantly since last month which is most likely a seasonal change, we are still seeing a positive change year over year. Average home sales price for homes for sale in the Denver & surrounding areas has increased, an indication of a competitive market.  Below is a quick look at the Colorado housing market update for November 2015 the previous month and year.
    Note: The stats below are from and include the entire MLS rather than just the Denver Metro area. Boulder County is included in these stats.

    November Active Listings:

    • 6955 active listings on the market
    • Down 19% since last month
    • +6% change compared to this time last year

    November Inventory Levels:

    • A little over two months
    • Highest it has been all year

    November Average Sold Prices:

    • Average sold price for a single family home in November was $367,992
    • +2% change since last month
    • Up 12% from last year

    November Home Sales:

    • Up 2 percent since last month
    • 11% decrease year over year
    • Average days on market was 30 days
