October Denver Area Housing Market Update

CO Infographic OctoberMedian Sales Price and Average Days on Market See Small Rise in Denver

In general, September and October had similar months, but we are seeing the market pick up again in November. This is unusual compared to prior years. Buyers have less competition right now than in the spring and summer months and sellers that are selling this time of year are serious. We are also seeing inventory levels rise which also creates less competition for buyers looking for homes for sale in the Denver & surrounding areas.  Below is a quick look at the Denver Metro area housing market update for October 2015 compared to September 2015.
